CES 2022
#ces2022 is over! yet I can't stop reminding myself that amazing #experience. #lasvegas is a mirage 👀 from a #water scarcity perspective where two words always meet : #hotel 🎡& #casino 🎰. The exhibition was great in many aspects even though we have seen 75% less attendance this year vs 2020. Quality beats quantity, that's the conclusion of this edition.
#COVID19 #omicronvirus 🦠didn't help of course with the surge of cases. Within the Droople team, Bastien Rojanawisut & I missed one colleague that was not able to get there and we faced few cases within the #swisstech delegation during and just after the #fair.
I took the opportunity to make some #plumbing experiments in order to understand the #sanitaryware specificities of the #us market. I have unmounted flushes and took pictures of the brands that are involved in the shared restrooms value chain with some #marketing guerrilla coasters stuck on their walls. Actually, that was quite successful with the #thevenetian facility services, our #EverClean OS solution (shifts from reactive cleaning schedule to predictive cleaning schedules based on water usage data ) will have a tangible impact there, so many toilets in commercial facilities out there!!! 🤗🚽🪠🚾🧻🚻
We had great visits from the ministries of #rdcongo and #southcorea, from Brian Sebastian Producer of @Movie Reviews & More and Sonja Behmel, Ph.D. Leading the way of #satelliteimagery and #deeptech AI for WaterShed Monitoring. We also crossed paths with the #avengers and #yoda our role model #starwars and have been invited by US Capital Global to an event in downtown Vegas. May the force be with us ! 🙏🏼
On Friday (CES was finally limited to three days), we enjoyed a memorable helicopter tour to the #grandcanyon 🌵🏜, one of the best things I ever enjoyed, it was like in a dream. ✨😍
Upon my return to the office, 120 units 🙌😁 order has been prepared by my amazing team to ship to the US!
